What age is this Bible Study Workbook best for?

This workbook is designed for kids ages 8–12 (roughly Grades 3–7). The lessons are written in simple, clear language while still encouraging deeper thinking and reflection.

Why Traditional Bible Lessons Often Fall Short

1. Focus on Facts, Not Understanding

Many kids learn what happened in the Bible, but not why it matters or how those stories apply to their own lives.

2. Stories Without Reflection

Bible stories are memorized, but kids aren’t always encouraged to ask questions or think deeper about what they’ve learned—so lessons fade quickly.

3. Few Opportunities to Think for Themselves

When children aren’t guided to explore ideas in their own words, faith can feel like something to repeat rather than something to understand.

4. Hard Questions Get Skipped

Topics like doubt, confusion, or real-life challenges are often avoided—leaving kids unsure where to turn when questions naturally arise.

5. Learning Becomes Passive

Sitting still and listening isn’t how most kids learn best. Without interaction, engagement drops and curiosity fades.

6. Faith Isn’t Connected to Everyday Life

Kids may know verses, but struggle to connect Scripture to their daily decisions, conversations, and experiences.

The Result

Kids remember stories—but don’t always understand them, talk about them, or apply them.

How Solurn Is Different

Solurn’s Bible Study Workbook helps children:

  • Ask thoughtful questions
  • Reflect in their own words
  • Engage through activities and discussion
  • Build understanding at their pace

Faith becomes something they explore, not just something they’re told.

Love It or Your Money Back

We created this workbook as believers and parents who genuinely want to help kids grow in faith with confidence and joy.

If your child doesn’t engage or you don’t see meaningful understanding develop, simply return it.

But what we’ve seen again and again?

Kids don’t ask to stop.

They ask what’s next.

Teaching Kids to Think About Faith, Not Memorize It

Teaches Kids to Understand What They Believe

This workbook helps children explore the Bible in a way that goes deeper than memorization—through guided reading, reflection, and meaningful discussion.

Instead of simply repeating verses, kids learn how Bible stories connect, why they matter, and how to talk about their faith in their own words.

Each guided lesson takes about 10–15 minutes and follows a simple, consistent format: read the Bible passage, walk through thoughtful questions, and complete an engaging activity. This structure helps kids stay focused while making learning feel natural and enjoyable.

Kids begin to think more intentionally: connecting ideas, reflecting on meaning, and building confidence as they learn. Parents love how it opens the door to real conversations, and kids love that it feels interactive, not overwhelming.

This is faith learning designed to grow understanding, curiosity, and confidence over time.

Thoughtful. Age-appropriate. Built to help faith stick.

Equip Kids to Understand the Bible.

The Solurn Bible Study Workbook for Kids helps children ages 8–12 explore Scripture through guided lessons, questions, and activities that build real understanding—without pressure or overwhelm.

  • ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My son asked me the other day, ‘Mom, why did Jesus do that for us?’ He’s 8, and that moment honestly stopped me. We do one lesson every Sunday, and he actually looks forward to it. This was the first workbook that helped Bible stories really click for him — not just memorizing verses, but understanding what they mean.

“I was nervous I wouldn’t know how to guide Bible study the ‘right’ way. But the format makes it so easy : read the passage, talk through the questions, do the activity. By week three, my 7-year-old was bringing up Bible stories on her own. This workbook has become a regular part of our routine.”

  • ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We swapped screen time before bed for this and didn’t expect it to last. But both of my boys (6 and 10) are into it. The older one enjoys the questions, the younger one loves the activities. What surprised me most are the conversations it starts — real talks about faith, choices, and life. That alone made it worth it.”

FAQS

Is this just more Bible stories?

No. This workbook goes beyond retelling stories. Each lesson helps kids understand what the story means, reflect on it, and talk about it in their own words through guided questions and activities.

What makes this different from Sunday School?

Sunday School often focuses on listening and memorization. Solurn is designed for active participation—kids read, think, write, discuss, and apply what they learn at home or in small groups.

My child already goes to Christian school. Isn’t that enough?

This workbook complements Christian education by creating intentional, guided faith conversations at home—something classroom settings often don’t have time for.

Can my child use this independently?

Yes. Kids can complete lessons on their own, but it’s also designed to work beautifully for family Bible time, homeschool, or guided discussion.

Does it follow a specific Bible translation?

The workbook references commonly used translations like KJV and NIV, making it familiar and accessible for most Christian families.

Will this actually help my child understand the Bible?

That’s the goal. Parents report kids asking questions, starting conversations, and explaining Bible stories more confidently after using this workbook.

    Everybody needs this book
I bought one each for my kids and myself so we can have Bible study with ease. I recommend these for kids and adults. They have references to the Bible to read the whole story plus the story in this book. Follows kjv and niv. Have questions to get you/kids thinking and dig deeper into the word. Might get more to save for my grandkids one day.
